As a Certified Natural Health Professional and Holistic Wellness Coach, I firmly believe that self responsibility and self love is the foundation for any wellness program.  Our Wellness Programs will guide you on the path to understanding where you are now, and where it is you would like to be as it relates to your wellness.  Through our wellness coaching, we will cover the 12 dimensions of wellness, natural health and lifestyle coaching education. In order to fully understand the cause of anything in life, you must look beneath the surface. 

 

Wellness is much more than getting enough exercise, proper nutrition, or screening for health problems. It is an experience of aliveness that comes from your dynamic interaction between your inner and outer worlds.

The Wellness Inventory is a holistic assessment and life-balance program designed to help you gain personal insight into your state of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The program offers guidance and tools to transform this new awareness into sustainable lifestyle change and a renewed sense of health and wellbeing, while promoting your own personal growth.

The program enables you to assess yourself in 12 key dimensions of wellness and to discover the areas you are most highly motivated to change. The program then guides you in creating a personal wellness plan of 3-5 action steps using an approach of "small steps for continuous improvement". You receive a full year's access to tools and resources to support you in creating the desired changes in our life.

The program is based on the work of wellness pioneer, John W. Travis, MD, MPH. Recognized as a founder of the wellness movement, Dr. Travis opened the first wellness center in the U.S. in Mill Valley, California in 1975, creating the first edition of the Wellness Inventory assessment that same year. He is co-author of the classic Wellness Workbook (3rd Edition, Celestial Arts, 2004), the perfect support and companion to the online Wellness Inventory program.

Five Steps of the Wellness Inventory Program
 

Step 1 - Assessment: Complete a wellness assessment focusing on yourself as a whole person in 12 key dimensions of living. 

Step 2 - Scores: Receive your personal Wellness and Satisfaction Scores for each of the 12 dimensions of wellness, as well as your overall scores. Discover your strengths as well as the areas of your life that you are most motivated to change. 

Step 3 - Personal Wellness Action Plan: Create 3-5 simple wellness action steps in the areas you are most motivated to change. Your Personal Wellness Action Plan is based on a philosophy of taking small steps for continuous improvement. 

Step 4 - Tools to Support Your Wellness Action Plan: Utilize a suite of tools, including email reminders, My Wellness Journal, the Self-Study Center, and the 12 Wellness Resource Centers, to help you successfully implement your wellness action steps. 

Step 5 - Resources for Ongoing Wellness: Update your Personal Wellness Action Plan to reflect your successes and your current areas of lifestyle focus. After six months you are encouraged to retake the assessment to monitor your progress by a graphic comparison of the two results. Access to a Certified Wellness Inventory Coach is an optional, premium feature.

  Wellness coaching can be done by telephone or online.  Coaching by phone is very effective and eliminates the need for travel or waiting times and fits perfectly with everyday working schedules.

 

  

Mind Body Work:

Mind body work sessions help you to develop the connection between your mind and your body for maximum wellness.  We get sick, because of an imbalance within our body systems.  The body fails to function in a normal way.  Our mind is an important part of our body, and when we come to understand the mind body connection balance can take place.

Stress can influence body structure, which can lead to imbalance, which can cause dis-ease.

In our sessions you will understand how your body structure can influence your wellness.  Poor body alignment will destroy proper nerve enervation and cause organ and tissue weakness. We will cover breathing techniques for wellness, Body movements for body balance, proper thought mapping and discuss mind body techniques for total wellness.  The session is a guided Mind Body Work  session and is non touch. You will leave the session energized and empowered with ways to  maintain your mind body balance.

Fateria is a Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified Mind Body Fitness Specialist and a Certified Pilates Instructor, she uses her combined training to create a program that will direct you to whole person wellness.

 

 

Natural Health and Wellness Coaching:  A Certified Natural Health Professional has a reservoir of information not found normally in traditional channels. Natural health was the earliest known healing system.  Before surgery and synthetic isolation of chemical substances, foods, water, pure air and whole herbs were used in many cultures for a wide range of problems.

I understand that every person in unique and together we will develop a wellness plan that is suited to your individual lifestyle and needs.  My philosophy is that under the right conditions, the body can and will heal itself.  You just need to understand what those right conditions are for you. I am a facilitator for wellness, I help you in our sessions identify causes and together we strive to eliminate barriers to whole person wellness.
